currently Paypal has some problems processing payments from China.

In your (the payers) Paypal account, the payment is show as processed.

But the payment has not arrived yet in my Paypal account.

I have talked to Paypal. They have some technical problems with a Chinese payment processor. They are working on it. It may take some days until the payments go through.

Not all paymethods, are affected - only some. I believe that paypal with creditcard still works fine.
